Malaysian food is often described as an original fusion of flavours, ingredients and tradition due to its multicultural population and diverse history. The main ingredients in Malaysian cuisine are: chili peppers; coconut milk; belacan (shrimp paste); onions; garlic; lemongrass and galangal. The rich, aromatic and spicy nature of the food makes it a popular choice all over the world.
The menu, at the Little Penang, offers a wide variety of healthy and exquisite freshly cooked dishes to suit all palates. Signature dishes include: Chicken Satay and Malacca Style Pan Fried Oyster; Seabass with Glutinous Rice & Yellow Ginger, Malaysian Kam Heong Clam, Sambal King Prawn and Malaysian Curry Chicken.
We also offer a variety of One-Plate Noodles and Rice dishes for those looking for a quicker option eg: Nasi Lemak and Mee Goreng.
No booking is required, just walk-in during opening hours. Eat-In or Take-out are also welcome.
